We advise and represent clients in negotiations, contract reviews, ongoing project support, inspection proceedings and disputes, among other matters. We also teach construction law and prepare pleadings, practical tools and other materials.

We represent clients in disputes, particularly in our specialist field of construction law. We also accept appointments as arbitrator and as a member of arbitration inspection and dispute resolution boards.

We draft governance policies and processes, advise on board and general meeting matters, and provide ongoing corporate law advice.

Our training emphasises practical examples, actionable guidance and clear messages on how the law should be applied in day-to-day operations and projects.
